    I had an S-Corp for my small part-time practice, but found that unless I grow big-time, there is not much sense to have an S-Corp. In the meantime, I named it LifeWise Consulting, made a Facebook Fan Page, and now am wondering where to go from here: it’s also listed on Yahoo and Google local searches :(
    I love what you said about naming a practice with the idea that it could be sold to another person down the line. That really makes sense.
